What Does This Warranty Cover?

Our Lifetime Warranty covers:

✅ Defects in Materials or Workmanship: Any issues with the puzzle pieces or packaging caused during manufacturing.
✅ Missing Pieces: If your puzzle arrives incomplete, we will replace the missing pieces or provide a replacement puzzle.
✅ Damage in Transit: If your puzzle is damaged during shipping to you.

What Is Not Covered?

This warranty does not cover:

❌ Normal wear and tear from use over time.
❌ Damage caused by improper use, neglect, or accidents (e.g., exposure to water, pets chewing on pieces).
❌ Cosmetic issues that do not affect functionality, such as minor scratches or fading.
❌ Loss of puzzle pieces after delivery.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Activate Your Warranty

To be eligible for this warranty, you must activate your product within 30 days of purchase by visiting our Warranty Activation Page and submitting your proof of purchase.

Submit a Claim

If you experience an issue with your puzzle, follow these steps:

✅ Your warranty activation confirmation.
✅ Order details (order number and date of purchase).
✅ A description (or photo) of the issue.

🔄 Resolution: Upon reviewing your claim, we will replace the defective product, missing pieces, or offer a comparable replacement if the original product is no longer available.

Shipping Costs

📦 We cover shipping costs for replacements due to manufacturer defects or missing pieces.
🚚 For non-covered issues, customers may need to pay for shipping.

Limitations

This Lifetime Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the puzzle and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase is required for all claims.

Right to Modify

NAOI reserves the right to modify or cancel this warranty policy at any time, without prior notice, for future purchases. This does not affect warranties activated before the change.
