NAOI Puzzles Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Effective Date: March 24, 2025

At NAOI Puzzles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer free returns, exchanges, and refunds under the following conditions.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges if:

  • ✅ The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • ✅ The return or exchange request is made within 30 days of delivery.
  • ✅ The item is in the same condition as received.

Items NOT eligible for return or exchange:

  • ❌ Opened or used puzzles.
  • ❌ Gift cards or digital products.
  • ❌ Clearance or final sale items.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To return or exchange an item:

  1. Email us at support@naoipuzzles.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. If eligible, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
  3. Ship the item back using the provided label.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.

NAOI Puzzles covers all return and exchange shipping costs—you won’t have to pay anything.

3. Refunds

  • 💰 Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the return.
  • 💳 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • ⚠️ If the returned item is damaged or incomplete, a partial refund may be issued.

4. Exchanges

  • 🔄 If you want to exchange an item for a different puzzle, let us know in your return request.
  • 📦 Exchanges are only available for items of equal or lesser value.
  • 🔔 If the exchange item is unavailable, we will issue a full refund instead.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your puzzle arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us at support@naoipuzzles.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no extra cost.
